BUILDING FOUNDATIONS, LLC will not administer prescription or non-prescription medication, including sunscreen and diaper rash ointment, to a child without written parental authorization.
It is important that you notify the provider if any medication has been administered to your child within the last 24 hours. Should there be a medical emergency it is crucial to report whether or not the child is on medication.
Scratches and scrapes are inevitable when children play and will be treated by washing with soap and water and applying a bandage. If an injury is more serious, parents will be notified.
